Very very good large portions worth the money

I'm giving 3 stars because I was disappointed with the Banana Split. It came in a round box instead of a boat like I get when in the store, so I felt like it wasn't properly prepared. Also, the ice cream in both the split and 3 Scoop Sundae had lots of ice in it.

The ice cream that I order from here is usually really good, but these last two orders weren't. I always get the mint chocolate chip flavored ice cream, but this time there were bits of this other flavor included (I think it was cherry?) that totally ruined my order. Whoever scooped the ice cream didn't clean the scoop very well before packing it.

I didn't get a Banana Split I got something they didn't even take there time to fix it3 Pieces chopped bananas few toppings strawberries chocolate nothing like the picture not even the bowl it show it come in I just had one Saturday what a disappointment for the money they charged what is wrong with people fix your orders like it's your family a great big ice cream box with nothing in it but something they threw together please teach your workers how important it is to keep your customers coming back so many places closed because bad service

Good size scoops on the triple scoop. However we were missing the sprinkles on the vanilla scoop which was additional cost. The OREO® Layered Sundae was lackluster very small and missed th whip cream shown in the picture.
