I know fresh packs are done by hand, which can be a bit of extra effort to do, but in this case, paying for the extra effort wasn't worth it. The containers weren't full or "packed"...next time I'll stick to the cheaper pre-packed option.

I love 31 Flavors and always will. The Foothill Ranch store has been continuously out of waffle dipped cones the last few orders. Thats not a first world problem, but ordering through Doordash means we are paying a premium for every item. Somehow, the cost difference adds up to $5-6 or more for each order, yet I never seem to be refunded or credited for the missing items. Please remove items that are unavailable in your store and credit me when you cant fulfill my order as requested.
