The order for a Triple Scoop was placed. Minutes later, a phone call to inform me the type of ice cream was not available and waiter asked what other type of ice cream to substitute. I informed him it was for a woman in the nursing home and that I would have to ask her. He was very upset with me and said, "Make it snappy as I have to get going." I contacted the woman then called back. Still not a happy man, but he did it. It was done but disrespectfully so. Sadly, the voice of an older gentleman.
