CHEESE Enchiladas- were Meh.
I feel like they were in too big a hurry to actually cook the food. The corn tortillas were soggy, the cheese was uncooked... beans and rice were ok. But it's a betos, so can't complain too much. I knew where I was ordering food.

the guacamole looked grey and tasted fermented. The Birria Quesadilla was soggy with very little meat. Will not order from here again.

Shrinkflation has fully hit betos - at least this location. The burritos are 1/3 the size they used to be and double the price. It's no longer remotely worth ordering from here, they're gouging customers as much as they can. Hell, even their napkins are cheap and thin, they've totally given up.

The food was fine, but it would be nice to order Tres Leches and actually have the leches stay where it's supposed to be instead of having to wipe down the rest of the contents of the bag and eat a dry piece of cake. About a penny worth of saran wrap would mitigate this unfortunate situation
