Really good and juicy chicken. As a ketchup girl I was hesitant to try the sauce on the sandwich, but it was good! Fries are really good too, haven't seen fries like them and got them extra crispy. Delicious!

I am not sure if the issues we had were due to Big Chicken or the Dasher. I was notified that the dasher was waiting for my order and it was expected to be delivered by 415, there were several delays, and i was going to cancel, however when I selected cancel the app notified me the order should be to me by 453. I decided to see if that happened before canceling. It was, and the chicken sandwich was delicious even though it was cold. The fries were lacking, and not extra crispy. It was my first experience at Big Chicken and I dont believe it would be fair to leave a negative review because I don't know what caused the delay, the eatery or the dasher.

The chicke ceasar salad was good however the fries are not as advertised. They are not crinkle fries, they are flat sliced cut fries.
