• DoorDash orderThe 2 meat plate with smoked jalapeño and cheddar sausage, and sliced brisket was delicious. I added polish sausage as well, and it was very tasty!!! The half rack of ribs were cooked to perfection. I enjoyed every bite!!! I highly recommend Billy Sims BBQ 😋

• DoorDash orderThe meat to fat ratio on my Smoked Pulled Pork Sandwich was way off. Wayyyy too much fat. The sides and dessert were still very good.
