Birria Ramen was pretty good, definitely needed some spice, but great flavor.
Quesadilla was good but nothing to write home about. A lot of meat took away from the cheese and tortilla. However the meat was really good and cooked pretty well.
The packaging and portion sizes were better than perfect. Thanks team great execution

9 time out of 10....when I ask the kids what they want to eat...they say McDonald's. When I suggest birria; they always prefer Xolo's over McDonald's. That says ALOT!

the food tastes great and is very filling. I felt like I got a lot of value and quality for the prices which isn't something I'm used to nowadays.
