Horchata / Rice Drink is very sweet (good for me, but maybe not for everyone)
Jamaica / Hibiscus Flower Drink is a good drink. floral and sweet but still good with dinner
Quesabirrias were delicious. good amount of steak and cheese and enough Consomé for more than 3 tacos
Pastor / Marinated Pork burrito was good. lime and green salsa went well with it. the consomé also went well with it

I just ate here, I ordered the quesabirria chivo and my husband went with the beef. The taste of the tacos were so authentic I had to finish the order. The horchata complemented the dish completion. My husband chose the jamaica, as you can see he enjoyed it. If you are a native to the area or passing through and enjoy birria I highly suggest visiting this restaurant.

Whats Changed? The first TWO photos are the Birria Ramen I ordered Last Night. The LAST photo is the Birria Ramen I ordered on March 25th. The Tapatio bowl was BLAND. Noodles were actually flavorless and the consome wasn't spicy or flavorful either. Highly disappointed in this order.

Food arrived cold. The taco de Tripa / Tripe was burnt, and pieces were undercooked. Taco de Birria de Chivo / Goat Birria was delicious. Barbacoa / Steamed Beef was very dry, and the meat was tough. Orden de Quesabirrias (3) con Consomé (8 Oz) / Order of Quesabirrias (3) with Consommé (8 Oz) were ok, but I've had much better and the consome was trash and so were the salsas. I won't be ordering again
