The New Orleans style iced coffee and the croissant I got were absolutely outstanding. My only dislike about this was that my order was not put in a bag. It just made me feel uncomfortable that my coffee was just chilling in my dashers cup holder. It would have been better if you had used those paper cupholders that you can put into a large paper bag.

The menu is confusing, and non-intuitive for someone who hasnt eaten here before . It's unclear what comes on the Bay Breakfast Sandwich so I was kind of disappointed when only an egg patty and two pieces of bread showed up for $10, not realizing it meant you needed to pay almost $5 to add turkey sausage. The Iced Sweet Latte is good, but again, confusing and unclear what is included, but $9 is overpiced for 12oz. However my order did process relatively quickly and arrived on time.

Many of the items were unavailable. It would be nice to know which pound cake you are getting. Blonde was extra hard.
