I love Bojangles the food is always fresh I just ordered some food and it was so fresh and hot when it arrived

I ordered 2 Cajun Chicken Filet Biscuits at 7:30pm and they somehow sent me two plain biscuits in cajun wrappers. my Bo-Berry Biscuit® was delightful as expected. quality isnt really the issue, so much as the workers themselves. this store is very 50/50. their hours are inaccurate and the workers are really rude or lost, management seems so tired but they do work hard. it's hard to get good results from this location.
