The business model was simple: prepare some darn amazing food, give back to the community to help keep the lights turned on, and have as much fun as the law would allow!
Amazing food! I've had most everything they have and have yet to find anything that hasn't been very good!

This place never fails. Consistent quality. Amazing flavor. Local as well. Ive had a few dishes a dozen times each over the years and ive never had a standout, good or bad. Youre going to get exactly what you order. It's worth checking out all menu items.

Black beans and caramelized corn was so good, chicken etouffee was yummy too!! Got to me fast and was still hot!

Didnt receive potato salad, shredded cheese or Doritos. Not to mention they didnt have coke but iwas allowed to order it. The chili dog could've been fine but it was turned over in the box leaving the bun soggy. Usually love bnt but obviously whoever was working didnt care about their job or customers.
