• DoorDash reviewAuthentic Cajun cuisine!!! taste just like the food on bourbon street! I got the gumbo over jambalaya rice and it is the best ive ever had outside of the Bayou!! Highly recommended!!! I eat there a couple of times a week!

• DoorDash orderA little disappointed with serving size and rice portion. It was more 3/4 chili and 1/4 etouffe with minimal chicken. Flavor was good as always but for the cost, I expected more. Bread was great and still crispy but overall temperature of the order suffered.

• DoorDash orderNormally I love the chicken etouffee, but this time it was terrible - zero flavor and the texture of the chicken was weird. Also got a total of mayyyybe a 1/4 cup of rice with the 1/2 & 1/2 ORDER which would've been lame either way, but was especially disappointing after paying extra for jambalaya rice. I love B&T, just really wish there was more consistency in the food and portions. 😭

• DoorDash orderFirst time I ordered here a few years ago, the food was reall good. I ordered the gumb today and the roux tasted so burnt it washard to eat. S as lap ord extra sausage and only had 5 small pieces. What a waste of $3. I wont be order here again.

In the Quart Vegan Black Beans you'll find BnT's vegan spin on the classic which boasts a thick sauce riddled with the holy trinity and several bay leaf blessings for your family or guests. 😉 Staff is also kind enough to put the quart containers in a holder so you don't end up with a mess.
