• DoorDash orderBrider never fails to be perfect every time. So many amazing options to pick from. I love their meatball sandwich, meatball polenta, kale salad, sweet potato fries (the sauce is to di for), pesto sandwich and chicken tortilla soup. 10/10 every time and everything on the menu is just fantastic. Finish it all off with their cookie - truly the best in denver.

• DoorDash orderBrider is the best hands down. The food in person is phenomenal AND they go above and beyond in delivery. It's so rare to find a place that serves good quality food and they actually make the effort to acknowledge allergies/minimal customisations. It may seem a little more pricy but it's 1000% worth it. I wish I could eat their shaved Shredded Brussels Sprouts Caesar Salad multiple times a week. The dressing is unreal. The French dip sandwich is also incredible. They never disappoint!

• DoorDash orderThe Mac and cheese is not worth it, but the Kale Baby Kale & Shaved Apple Salad was amazing and so was the Chicken and Pesto sandwich. Above average food for sure.

• DoorDash orderFirst time ordering from Brider. I was looking for a quick high calorie and protein meal. Chicken alfredo usually gets it done. Unfortunately, the Rotisserie Chicken Alfredo did not. The pasta was cooked nicely and the portion was wonderful for the price point. The entire dish was begging for salt. The pasta, the roasted broccoli (nicely roasted), the sauce had no flavor of Parmesan, pecorino, garlic or salt and the chicken was cooked well, obviously due the rotisserie cheat code, but the dish was absolutely flavorless because of the absence of salt. So much that I'm writing a review. I threw it back in the pan, added some heavy cream, parmesan and seasoned it properly. Order at your own risk.
Garlic bread is fire though. Too bad mopping up the bland sauce ruins it.
