the food was delicious! I gave 4 out of 5 stars only because I said no cheese, I'm lactose intolerant, on my Southern Chicken Sandwich. my husband loved his All-American Cheeseburger, it reminded him of a place in Salem we ate at. would eat here again.

Burger was tasteless, burnt, disgusting. Some of the Boneless Wings were hard as a rock. There was no care for the food. Burger King makes better patties than this... +$30 spent just to throw it into the trash. Never buying here again.

update to my previous review that I forgot to mention. they forgot my southwest ranch for onion rings. the sandwich, besides the stringy gummy chicken, there was so much coleslaw and so little aioli it was dry.

I ordered BWW through DoorDash recently and it was great. Food was warm and everything I ordered was there. This time, the pretzels were missing both dipping sauces, the fries were cold, and the cauliflower wings were not tossed in the sauce, the sauce was sort of dumped on top. Very different experiences and could just be because of who prepared the food, but I was disappointed with this most recent order.

I ordered 15 wings and only received 13 wings, and the cheese curds I ordered as a side was sub par. Mostly due to only getting 10 curds in the box... I can't be I paid so much for this.
