I wish I knew that by adding the jack cheese that it would be all over the tots. The way it was worded led me to believe it was a dipping sauce. My tots are ruined and gross. The "cups" of ranch have decreased in size by half. So if you like lots of ranch (or other sauces I'm sure) ask for extra. Wings had barely enough sauce to make them flavored. Overall, not impressed. Little ceasers has better wings.

Really, it's hit or miss with this place. I've had orders show up missing items, wings with not enough sauce on them, and burgers cooked to the point of dryness. Other times, they've been gloriously awesome. I'm guessing it depends on how the cook staff are feeling at that particular time.
It's never awful. It's just sometimes less than ideal.

Lettuce was somewhat wilted and side salad contained alot of hard center pieces. Will not get again. Seasoning was not on chicken or on the side, just plain. Luckily I was eating this at home because there was also no silverware. The kids meal seemed to be fine.
