My spicy BK Royal Chicken Sandwich was so tough and chewy I couldn't bite through parts of it, and half of my sandwich was breading. Needless to say, the whole thing was thrown out. My "Big" Fish Sandwich was smaller than the bun.

this review is for today only, most of the time I don't have any issues with the food that I get. but today I was disappointed that I ordered before 9:00 and my hash Hash Browns were as if they had been sitting there all day under a heat lamp and were dried out.

my whopper had pickles on it. when i asked for none. the rest was good, the fries and chicken fries were fresh.
