The food is excellent but the fries have the skins on them if that is a problem for you

Very disapppointed by this location. We love Burgerville and was excited to finally have one on Salem but the service was horrible. We paid $18 for a burger with large fry and you can see in the picture that the fry bag wasn't even half full. We called the manager and he didnt even apologize for the mistake.

1/2 lb. Backyard Cheeseburger only had 1 patty and not 2. 1/2 lb. Bacon Cheeseburger didnt even have bacon on it. Best Coast Crispy Chicken Sandwich did not come with tomato's. Food was good but too many things were wrong to justify price.

Portegue missing egg on both sandwichs and the bun is half the size it use to be not worth the money anymore ....don't know if they messed up my order that bad or the sandwich just got completely changed but anyways not a fan anymore...
