This is definitely the best lobster roll around. You get the whole lobster in the roll. Just the right amount of seasoning and mayo. The cucumber salad that comes with it is fantastic.

Steak tips for the salad were wayyyyyy to salty- like could barely eat them, and there were only 3.5. The bread was a pleasant surprise-super soft on the inside. Only 1 dressing for the Caesar as well, so my whole meal was kinda a bust. Just over priced, would have been better off buying from a local pizzeria.

This food was o...kay. The sandwich wasn't bad, although the cheese slices on it weren't melted, just warm, so that was kind of odd. The spinach dip came in a tiny container that cost me $16.50. For a small dish that tastes very bland, I can't understand or support that. Overall I was kind of bummed out by this meal.

Wife and I started eating in Burton's Grille in Westford soon after it opened and continued eating there until my wife passed away. I have never had a bad meal at Burtons. Their fish, for me, is fantastic 8 times out of 10, The other 2 it is very good. And the steak is the absolute best I have had anywhere since Finnerty's closed. The waitstaff could not be more friendly or capable. Listen to them, they know of which they speak. Any person who has not been pleased should discuss this with your server. If necessary, a manager will be called and he/she will be courteous, helpful and on your side. I believe there is not a better restaurant within 15 miles of Burton's Grille in Westford.

When eveything is done correctly, Burtons can be enjoyable. Multiple times I have ordered fish with a lemon butter sauce. No sauce. Appetizers are frequenty missing dipping sauce. I ordered a bronzed haddock and it arrived with Cajun seasoning. Herbed rice is sometimes authentic, sometimes an overcooked rice pilaf from Market Basket. Overall, this takeout is not worth it unless you have money to throw away or are okay with incomplete orders. Very inconsistent which I find unacceptable at this price point.
