Whether I dine in or have Cacio delivered, this place is always consistent, beyond fair, and absolutely fantastic! I tend to wonder if this is a mom and pop shop as it is always fresh and the flavors are awesome and memorable. To the owners of this place, your establishment is really great, and I am glad that your team is always able to execute your recipes wonderfully time and time again. I really hope that you are brought continued success!

Breadsticks are good. Granddaughter loved her Cacio E Pepe my Orzo Pasta with Salmon or Tilapia was over cooked and the orzo was burnt. Even though it was over cooked the Salmon was seasoned nicely. Order came with one piece of fish; not 2 like pictured.

Spaghetti & Meatballs you get 4-balls and Meatballs you get 5-meatballs for $10.00 . The meatballs were hard and tasted off. Wish the Meatballs were not hard and dry. Tomato sauce for the Spaghetti & Meatballs was fine, just very sticky and no sauce to mop up with the bread. The Chicken Alfredo was good, Cacio E Pepe needed a little more heat. Pastas were cooked well, not gummy. Breadsticks were fine if you like it soft. Cape ese Salad was interesting, the dressing was good though. Would order the Cacio E Pepe and the Chicken Alfredo but not the salad and not any meatball plates nor the meatball sides.

Cacio E Pepe usually good, missing pepper. Shrimp Scampi loved that theres a lot of zucchini in it, has lots of garlic and very citrusy if you like that. The Chicken Alfredo is one of my hubby's favorites. The Ribeye Steak that we received was not our order, we think it was for someone else as it was very hard/rubbery and smelled like liquid smoke, not to mention it was cooked extremely well done with black marks all over it. We tossed the Ribeye Steak in the trash because of the smell and appearance and that wasnt what we ordered. The bread that comes with the food is fine. The inconsistency of the Ribeye is really odd, but im thinking we just got someone elses order and they got our Ribeye.

The shrimp pasta came with 3 small shrimp. The spaghetti with meat sauce came with almost no meat sauce. These two dishes cost almost $50.
Total ripoff joke of a "restauant". BEWARE!
