Last time I ordered the sauce was spoiled all over the bag. Another time missing items, then this time i ordered a side of hot sauce and they gave me salad dressing.

I've had mostly good experiences with Cafe Rio but today their Tres Leches was not edible. Must have been sitting in their fridge overnight. Hard not soft.

The quesadilla was delicious! My complaint is they never give you the house dressing you ask and pay for!!! They need to pay attention to that, because without the dressing its plain

I love cafe Rio, but it seems that they dont read your full order when your doing to go.
I asked for enchilada style (sauce and cheese on top) you get charged for this, and I get only sauce. On the bright side I have a bit cheese left in my fridge, so I'll do it myself .

Food was good but only reason I took a star off was because I did not receive flour tortillas that I ordered. The bag was completely sealed so I know it was a mix up on the restaurant's part.
