• DoorDash orderMy burrito was placed in the same bowl as my salsa verde so it was completely soaked when I tried to eat it. It completely fell apart. Had to add my own ingredients since it was pretty flavorless. The guacamole was basically just mashed-up diced avocado. Really disappointed in my meal. The Kids Quesadilla Meal was really dry and the chips were stale.

• DoorDash orderThe tortilla was doughy, the creamy tomatillo dressing was so spicy it completely ruined the salad because you couldn't eat it. We barely got half a small bag of chips for the queso that was horrible tasting.

• DoorDash orderEach time I order the same food I get a different looking double enchiladas. The shell was two very small hard maybe flour shells. In the store you get two large enchiladas. I ordered double meat and didn't get double. They cheap out ingredients. The burrito was fine.

• DoorDash orderThe nachos were so salty because they threw the last bit of chips. There was only a few full sized chips. Little to no cheese. I love cafe Rio but these nachos were unacceptable.
