• DoorDash orderOur salads themselves were delicious. However, we ordered extradressing for each one. Instead we myster received a small guac (about 1 tbs) and a small pico ( 1tbs) and a cardboard 1-cup container about half full of tortilla strips and 2 lime wedges. Disappointing.

• DoorDash orderthey forgot the chips and queso and didn't give requested vinaigrette or shredded lettuce for the salad. the ranch lately is a fair bit thicker than we prefer (we liked the original version better)... but otherwise everything tasted yummy, tacos were good sized, and quesadilla had lots of meat.

• DoorDash orderThe guacamole was literally brown and not only looked bad tasted off. We had to remove it. The tomatillo dressing (that we get every time) was so watered down that it made our salad wet and watery. There was water on the bottom of the salad. This is the third time we have had issues with this location. At least this time we received our order.

• DoorDash orderThe rice is ALWAYS undercooked. I try cafe rio every few months to see if they improve and they never do. I've never had a burrito from here where the rice wasn't undercooked. Same price to go to costa Vida and the food is always good, never undercooked.

• DoorDash orderI order from here most of the time in the day but we ordered later in the evening and it was awful. I got spoiled cilantro and our tortillas on the salads tasted like cleaner so we could eat them. They are usually so good in the day.
