I asked for chopped lettuce and was given shredded. The shredded lettuce was completely destroyed. The guacamole was also really brown and looked horrible.

the burrito was supposed to be enchilada style and with mild sauce but it was not. the chicken quesadilla also weirdly had lettuce inside of it. not their best food.

Fajita bowl was not good. I didnt expect it to be soupy, and the flavor of the beans were below substandard. There was very little of anything else in the bowl except a very thick portion of black beans. I had to literally dig to find any rice, and the rest was just not very appetizing. Sad, but probably one of the worst items I have ordered before from Cafe Rio.

We love cafe rio but it seems lately don't pay attention to the orders. They forgot the kids drink (which has happened every time we order a kids meal) but this time forgot the beans and on the other item forgot the lettuce. Come on guys.... do better.

When I got the quesadilla it didn't even look like a Quesadilla. It was slopped together and I could barely pick it up to eat. I had to just eat it with a fork because you couldn't tell where it ended and began
