• DoorDash reviewThey advertise fresh baked cookies but they were frozen solid with no thaw or reheat instructions. I tried to microwave mine for 30 seconds and it was too cold and another 30 almost set it on fire.

• DoorDash orderThey shouldn advertise this as fresh baked when they are frozen solid. At least include thawing or reheating instructions. I heated my cookie for 30 seconds and it was still cole inside. Heated it for another 30 and it was burning and smoking.
