They advertise fresh baked cookies but they were frozen solid with no thaw or reheat instructions. I tried to microwave mine for 30 seconds and it was too cold and another 30 almost set it on fire.

They shouldn advertise this as fresh baked when they are frozen solid. At least include thawing or reheating instructions. I heated my cookie for 30 seconds and it was still cole inside. Heated it for another 30 and it was burning and smoking.
