Catfish is FRESH can tell that it's farm fed. Best fish in Marshall super impressed! Hard to please this old fisherman with fish! The steak samwhich is awesome and blueberry bread pudding looks amazing, cant peak on that yet tooooo stuffed from the other food! NeVER disappointed when ordering Cajun Tex. thanks Jayden & Johnny

Son is super picky and will not eat if his hamburger has anything besides meat and bread. Most places usually get it wrong, so in the special instructions I said specifically ABSOLUTELY nothing on the burger. No condiments, no veggies....please don't mess this up. When the order was delivered, someone from Cajun Tex had written "Absolutely Plain" with a smiley face on the box. And it REALLY WAS PLAIN! And boy was it good!
