Very disappointed in one drink was JUST cinnamon the other drink had white chocolate and caramel. There was no whip cream and was half was filled.

We ordered a Frozen Tea black tea flavored with blackberry and strawberry, it had NO flavor. The Iced Tea black tea Hang Ten flavors also had NO flavor. We love Clai Coffee, but extremely disappointed with this order.

This is the 2nd time in a row ive been giving the wrong coffee from this place. There is no flavoring in the coffee. I get this coffee all the time and it's always good but not the last 2 times. Super disappointed its a $13 coffee
