Huge portions of fish, but fries and street corn were placed UNDER them...making fries mushy and bottom of fish damp/mushy. Separate items would avoid that... Tartar sauce was REALLY good - a hint of mustard gives it sass.

California Fish Grill is always consistant. Food is delicious and always arrives hot. The fish & chips portions are huge. The fried shrimp is delicious. Affordable and tastes good.

I look forward to the days my daughters choose this place for chow. It's very good and the portions are generous (good for sharing and for saving.) I've never had bad food or a bad experience and I will be ordering again soon.

First time eating here and I gotta say the 3 PIECE BATTERED FISH & CHIPS was excellent. Batter was light and crispy and the driver got 'em here piping hot. I do need to say the nature of DoorDash just does not do the fries any favors. They usually arrive a bit softer than I'm sure they are eating there but the seasoning was spot on. Kaleslaw meh. Not a fan but again the flavors were really good. Might have to take a trip over there and try it in person. I would still recommend them highly.
