Brisket Enchiladas were not to my taste. They had a sweet flavor which was disappointing. Also, the Carbon Tacos were okay - not great. Nice amount of pico de gallo provided.

NIman Ranch Prime Ribeye Fajitas excellent dish, all the items nicely packaged, beef quality very good and richly cooked. Thank you for offering black bean options, which are our favorite. Well done Candente!
