Wen to the rest to address the issue of the driver blaming them for the incomplete order. They walked through the process of how DD orders show up on the screen to prevent items from being overlooked. They we very kind and patient with me.

I ordered a meal and they forgot the fries I got a medium drink when I ordered a large, not 1 single sauce was put in the bag, so I got dry chicken, and all the food seemed to be old and not made fresh they were out of shakes ): the fried zucchini bites were good though. Very disappointing was very excited to get Carl's junior back in Carson. Hopefully, the quality will change.

They did not give me my drink. Also the burger was dry . I've eatin at other Carl's & their food was better than this restraunt.
