Lot of tasty options to customize the flavor and texture profiles of the bowls. Great variety. The complimentary piece of bread was dry and hard which worked as a nice shovel since no utensils were provided. Good plant based food though, and reasonably priced.

I love CAVA, eat here all the time, and never have a complaint. The ONE thing I gotta warn you about is the Chocolate Chip Blondie . I paid $3.08 for a blondie the size of a single ravioli. In case you're not aware- it's tiny. Itty bitty. Absolutely miniscule. It was definitely tasty, but $3.08 for a bite and a half? Not THAT tasty. Anyway, the Greens + Grains Bowl was amazing, and the Kid's Mini Pita was a hit as well.

Harissa Avocado bowl was the bomb. Didn't even need the sauce and everything was fresh and delicious. New Year trying to eat clean and this is my new go 2 meal when I am searching for something with lots of protein and no additives or preservatives. 5 stars

Portions are getting smaller and smaller overall.
I changed it from chipotle to cava bc its healthier and it has good amount of food. If the portions are getting smaller from previous order for next time then i will change it to mezah medi resturant
