Arrived with no silverware. I ordered a side of pita chips, did not get pita chips.
They're not even on the receipt on the bag though it's on the receipt in the app and I was charged for pita chips.
Bowl is much less full than when I go in person. Like 3/4 full. Rice is undercooked and hard.
Essentially.... this is not what I paid for. Very disappointing.

I really love the food at Canva—it’s fresh, flavorful, and usually very satisfying. However, every time I’ve ordered through the app, the portion sizes have been noticeably smaller, even when I pay for extra grains or toppings. It feels like they don’t even try to honor the add-ons. This has never been an issue when I pick up in person, so it’s disappointing to see such a difference with delivery orders. I hope they can bring more consistency to their app experience because the food itself is great.

I want to like Cava. I've tried different items thinking that maybe I was just choosing the wrong combination of ingredients, but it's just not very good. The bowls and salads arrive soggy and way overdressed/sauced. The greens are floating in liquid, there are too many competing flavors, and nothing seems fresh or crisp. I miss Zoes.
