Incredibly disappointing. We ordered 3 main items: two kids meals and one regular pita wrap and a few sides of pita bread and their spiced feta.
First, the food came in an unsealed bag which may be a safety issue.
Next, all food was cold (it was delivered direct to a location less than one mile away and quickly by our dasher), so we believe it may have left the restaurant even barely warm.
Then the pita wrap was soggy and both kids meals' sides were missing their sides (We orders carrots for one and pita chips for the other. Both were missing).
In first hearing of this chain, we heard they are often being compared to Chipotle, but if we order from Chipotle (which has a location just a few stores down from Cava, as a point of reference) it comes hot and is in the dasher's hands within 10-15 minutes. Cava took over 30 minutes from being ordered for it to be ready for transit. Lastly, the pricing felt off in comparison to what you might get from a competitor like Luna Grill, where if you ordered a pitta sandwhich, you would get a side of fries/salad included or if you would get a side of their spiced feta equivalent, you would get 3x as much product as we got when we ordered from Cava. Overall, we really found this to be very underwhelming and would recommend exploring other alternative restaurants for Mediterranean dining from both a value and quality standpoint.

Would never over again. Food was salty and the pita chips tasted so rancid. Plus they forgot the extra pita I ordered. Rather order from Kareems

I ordered the Chicken + Rice bowl, and substituted the rice for half spring greens and half lentils. The bowl was like 90% lentils and so little of all the other ingredients. There were only 3 tiny cubes of chicken, amounting to less than an ounce. I also selected extra cucumbers and there were only two slices total. I don't know if this is the norm or if the employee that prepared my order was having a bad day, I happen to love lentils but this is just not right.
