The chai was great; could use a bit of sweetner to it. The plain bagel does not come with cream cheese, but was still nice and piping hot, a little chew. The bacon egg and cheese sandwich was delightful, also nice and hot. It was my first time ordering from them, but I think I might again!

They finished preparing my order long after it was scheduled to be delivered. And they gave me several things I didn't order and didn't give me the cinnamon muffins or the chocolate chip cookie I ordered.
