went here in store the other day andfood was amazing. delivery... not so much. i got the new sandwich and it had hardly any pimento cheese, fries were super cold, tasted old, and was only filled 1/3 of the way. soda was flat too ):

I paid extra money to add on to my Cobb Salad and it was only the egg that came with. Nothing extra. Also my chicken was not sliced like it usually is. They just threw the patty on top. I'm disappointed. I wasn't even refunded the extra money I paid. Smh

I order two Chick-fil-A® Chicken Biscuit, one with bacon and received two sandwiches with no chicken. I tried calling the location for the sandwiches to be redelivered, and after sitting on the phone for 30 mins, sending pictures of the sandwich 3 times, the call was disconnected with no resolution.
