Why am I paying extra for a gluten free bun when the bun comes wrapped in plastic, not even toasted, not on the sandwich at all? Why am I paying extra for something that I have to put together myself and build, mind you the bun is stale asf. Make it make sense please

The Market Salad is on point. Has both fresh berries and raisins, plus almonds and granola. The blue cheese is controlled- an occasional crumb to give a bitterness and balance the sweetness. Would have been easy to overkill it. The spiciest chicken from any fast food place.
