Paid for a large fry and it was not filled up all the way so I essentially paid for a large and received a medium (even thats a stretch there are 5 fries in here). DoorDash did not feel I qualified for a refund or replacement. Chicken is also rubbery.

Chicken sandwich was goo and made correctly. Dr. Pepper was crisp and delicious. Fries were warm but not hot and tasted stale like they have been sitting out for a while, not good. First time having that problem though.

I've ordered a few times and each time it was great. Delivered with care and my sandwich is always hot except for one time. That time it looked old and was tough to eat.?

Never disappointed. Nothing else to say other than hot and fresh, even the hash browns, and good lord that is rare in other Chick Fil A chains.

I ordered large waffle fries and Got medium. the fries seemed to be over cooked as well.
