Not a fan of this specific location. It's the closest one to my work so it's the defaulted location, but the fries are consistently soft and only filled 3/4 of the way. The requested sauces are never consistent

That was disgusting. Greasy cheese, soggy bread and the meats (bacon and chicken) tasted more like paint thinner than what they are supposed to taste like. Just a gross product.

The Smokehouse BBQ Bacon Sandwich w/ Chick-fil-A® Filet Meal did not have enough BBQ sauce. We chose 2 BBQ dipping sauces per your selection offer but received 0/none. Why do you offer this option if none are sent?

Everything was tasty. The chicken was nice and juicy. However, I did not receive all of the condiments I requested. I would rather they had not asked if they weren't going to fulfill my requests. The order also took pretty long to be fulfilled.

$18 for a club sandwich and they didnt put absolutely anything on it and only put one of the sauces we ordered
