Chicken tortilla soup was way, way too spicy. Paid over $5.00 and could only eat half. You shouldn't assume everyone likes it spicy hot. instead, let each customer add their own heat. What a shame because the soup actually could have been a huge success. I sincerely hope you reconsider the way you prepare this new item.

You just cannot get any better than Chick-fil-A. The kindness, service, quickness all is one is the tops. Food is very tasty. I can say I have never had any problems with them. Thanks Chick-fil-A you are the best. Keep up the good work.

For the first time ever I was disappointed with the quality of my food. The Spicy Chicken Biscuit was doughy and the size of the fillet was tiny.

No salsa included for the second time for the burrito. Barely any chicken in the wrap. What was included could not have been more than 2 nuggets chopped up into smaller pieces. Mainly filled with eggs. Won't order this again.
