I am very disappointed in Chick-fil-A because after all of these years, you all still have the worst delivery food preparation. There is never a sticker seal on the drinks and that is a safety hazard if someone were to do something to my drink if it had a sticker seal on there and I would know that it’s been tampered with. But since it doesn’t anything could have happened to my drinking and I wouldn’t have known that is a big safety hazard. You all need to fix this immediately before something happens and you all are going to be liable for it. Even McDonald’s have good food delivery preparation. What’s you all excuse for not having it Chick-fil-A!

Items keep going up in price, sharp recent price increases yet the portions keep getting smaller. The chicken breast filet on the breakfast buscuits now is more like a chicken nugget not a breast.

Great service! Communication was stellar! I could not put any kind of note with my order when I submitted it and I really had wanted to request some extra salsa. At that point, I figured that was going to be a lost cause. However, I decided to message my DoorDash person, Sean, just to see if he would please ask the server to throw in a couple of extra packets. I really didn't know if he would even try, but he actually did it, and with no complaints! My order was delivered right on time with exactly what I had requested! He is definitely a team player and a rockstar! I know it doesn't seem something like that should be such a big deal, but I really had expected him to say he couldn't do that for one reason or another! I was impressed enough to go back into the order to give him a well-earned additional tip. A lot of people these days seem to not want to be bothered to do anything ‘extra’ for any reason. I am very appreciative of the great Customer Service he provided! That salsa is the bomb and it really improved the total culinary experience of an otherwise ordinary breakfast burrito! Yummy, Yummy, Yummy!!! Thank you very much!
