the portions were much too small for the price. the nuggets and the fries were not crispy at all. all in all I expected more from this restaurant 🙁

I agree with others. Chic-fil-a used to be impeccable. Lately the large fry is not full like it used to be. Also they added milk to their grilled chicken and didn't inform the public. My wife has a dairy allergy. We go to the airport one by Mission BBQ. Mission is AMAZING.

The friesfor many ordershave not been consistent nor great, it's unfortunate as they used to be one of my favorite items to get and have kept me from wanting to get meals. Why has the quality dropped so drastically? Either the fries are very soft or they are hard/crunchy. They are usually over salted as well. Not nice whatsoever. Honestly not worth ordering. :(
