Large fry was half full, wrong kids drink, and the iced tea tastes old. Chickfila is always consistent so this was really disappointing.

Food was tasty as always. Still arrived pretty warm, do that was good. The only issue was that the waffle fries on very top of container of my large order were in tact except from middle towards bottom they were in pieces but still eatable.

you may want to clarify in the app that when you order a chicken biscuit for 2.36 and they ask you if you want an optional butter biscuit for 1.79 more that if you don't pay the extra 1.79, you get just a piece of chicken. it's confusing. I thought the extra 1.79 was to put butter on the biscuit. dumb me.

Store literally forgot all my fries for my door dash order, this is not the first time they screwed up. I spent $100 and no meals had fries!!!
