• DoorDash orderUsually Chicken Express is a great fast food restaurant, but recently the food and the service has been terrible. I pulled into the drive thru and waited 5 minutes for someone to come to the window as I see workers filming a tiktok and messing with their headset microphones. Once I finally get my food, I drive home and open the box to see 3 chicken tenders in the 4 chicken tender meal as well as liquid gravy and sour mac and cheese. I used to love this place but they recently have been very disappointing.

• DoorDash reviewWe got a 7 tender dinner, with fries, gravy, a biscuit, and fried pickles. Everything arrived hot and fresh, delicious. Generous portions of sides, large tenders. I was very happy! My first time ordering delivery from chicken express and honestly I'm impressed. The delivery bag was even sealed shut and kept the food warmer too.

• DoorDash orderThe meal was okay over all. The mashed potatoes looked sketchy, they put a weird amount of gravy on them, and the tenders were over cooked and very hard for me to eat.

• DoorDash reviewIt continues to surprise me that some of the best fried catfish I can find in this area is from a chicken restaurant. Their catfish dinner is great. Highly recommend. Their chicken tenders are also great, and the sweet tea is REAL southern sweet tea. One of my favorite places to eat!
