OMG, everything was so delicious!!! The ribs and potatoes were cooked perfectly, and the coleslaw is always on point.

I wish I knew the secret as to what makes the Shack Potatoes so perfectly cooked !! Sooo tender and melt in your mouth delicious! I'm obsessed with their potatoes! The Cole Slaw is my favorite of anyone's. Love how it's finely grated, not overly sweet and doesn’t swim in dressing. Most definitely will order again!

They could have wrapped my food up so one can dig there hands in it. It's unsafe and not worth $25 for four small pieces of chicken and potatoes and some nasty gfs fried mushrooms.
With NO condiments! Not worth it!

I placed my order and Chicken Shack got it right 100%! The 10pc Chicken Bites were cooked perfectly and the portion of Shack Potatoes were a lot and delicious! I would definitely order again only problem is the condiments in the bag due to the steam are always soggy! But everything was fresh and can't wait to order them again!

I ordered 8 Bone Rib DinnerThighWingShack Potatoes The ribs were over cooked, the meat was very dry. The shack potatoes were burnt, i ordered extra butter sauce, they did put butter sauce on the potatoes and gave 1 little cup to cover a large amount of potatoes. The chick tasted good, but the wing was super tiny. Very disappointing.
