was very good and flavorful steak was cooked just right!! didn’t care for paying over $2 for mushrooms on it and got like 3 lil pieces but besides that mashed potatoes was great so was COTC

This was supposed to be medium well not burnt, hard as a brick and very dry. Missing salad as well and the kids chicken crispers had 2 bite size pieces and that's it. Very disappointed in a $25 steak. Awful.

Ordered 3 bowls of chili and mozzarella sticks for dinner. What was delivered was very disappointing. The portions of chili were more of a cup size than a bowl size. The chili itself was horrible as it had a burn a burnt taste. Even my 17 year old son did not like it and he usually eats anything. I would have done better going to Wendy's drive through and ordering 3 bowls from them.

our food was horrible. we ordered three meals, one was a half slab of ribs and two orders of fries. the ribs were burnt and maybe one of order fries (more like a half order of fries) were included. there was also a crispy tenders order where fries and loaded mashed potatoes were ordered. it came with a bunch of fries and not the loaded mashed potatoes I paid extra for. we placed the order at around 740 pm and got the food almost 930pm. I gave my dasher an extra tip because he stayed and waited for 45 minutes after the order was dropped by another dasher. I called Chili's 5 times and each time they picked up the phone and hung up. they did answer once and put me back on hold and then picked up the phone and hung up.

We got the Triple Dipper® , Just Bacon Burger, and Cajun Pasta . Everything tasted good, but the Cajun Pasta looked like only a half of a serving (see pictures). There were ALOT (triple the amount) more fries with the burger than there was amount of pasta. Pasta was also supposed to have extra alfredo but was dry. If you are hungry order the Triple Triple Dipper® or the Just Bacon Burger but NOT the pasta.
