Although I enjoy Chipotle and the food there. You are so much better off going inside and ordering your food and watching them fill your bowl up comepletely. This is one of the many times I barely had anything in my bowl and it cost me like $18 for a bowl. This is sad. I dont know what it is with the people that make the online orders, but they need to do better and give their customers what they pay for. The managers need to make sure this is not happening. And the little amount of guacamole on my bowl is ridiculous. I dont even think there is Queso in my bowl either. I really hope they do better.

-- a little disappointed with having to pay an extra fee to receive a half filled queso cup.
Guacamole was not fresh , served brownish.

Ordered the veggie burrito bowl, has about 3 veggies in it. It's 99% rice and lettuce , minimal beans, maybe they put the cheese I honestly cant tell, decent amount of guac and sour cream, cant tell if they put the queso I paid extra for. But when you dont order any meat, you need to put more than 3 sliversod the fajita veggies or even a decent ratio of beans to rice/lettuce considering I didnt order the salad.

Dont ever order online at this store! They absolutely put the least they can. I ordered a cheese quesdilla this time and it didnt even have enough cheese to cover the enter tortilla... in the past I have asked for something extra and it comes even less than normal bowls are always half full compared to coming in. I have tried 3 times to order either online or delivery and they just suck worst quality control ever dont waste your money for half portions at full price

They will skimp you. Every time. Paid for extra chicken and it looks like i got less than the standard amount. Im done ordering delivery from Chipotle
