I had swore off ever ordering from this Chipotle again because of three consecutive orders being incorrect; however, I am glad my Chipotle cravings overpowered my previous decision! This Burrito Bowl is how they all should be! Great job, Chipotle, for stepping up your game and getting back on track to what people love and have come to expect from you!!

Food arrived cold. The tacos were inconsistently prepared, one was beautifully filled with toppings, the other two barely had any. The shells were complete mush. The burrito despite ordering DOUBLE meat was full of rice and beans, barely a trace of meat. We will never eat here again. 20 years ago last time i had it thought maybe i'll give it a second chance. No thanks

Ordered two burrito bowls and they were both only 1/3 to 1/2 full. Its absurd to charge $12+ for a burrito bowl then only fill it 1/3 of the way. Store won't last.

The steak was so chewy I couldn't eat any of it. Queso was very weird. Not the usual consistency. Tried to heat it up that did not help. Also didn't taste right definitely expired. Chips were so salty couldn't even eat them. Would not recommend.

the bowl itself is delicious as always, but this is the second time in a row that I've ordered from here and not gotten everything I selected for the bowl, specifically the romaine lettuce on top. If this is something that has recently changed and is no longer an option, the menu choices need to be updated to reflect that!!
