I ordered two Burrito Bowls & they were both filled to the brim & super heavy! 10/10! Plenty meat, fillings, etc.
With the Chips & Guacamole, the chips were beyond stale unfortunately, but the guacamole was amazing!

this is the craziest looking $18 burrito I've ever seen from Chipotle. I'm on the road 5 days out of the week. I eat at Chipotle at least twice a week. I'm a Chipotle snob and this tiny and dead looking thing. Has to be the location because Chipotle doesn't move like this. I did order thru door dash, and I'm sure that didn't help.

I had to throw away most of the meat as it was just the fatty bits (gross). The chips that were almost 3 dollars a bag provide about 1 oz of actual chips, that is about 4 chips per dollar, ridiculous price gouging and portion reduction.

The food was prepared as desired. We requested silverware and salt and pepper but did not receive any. This was important to us as we are staying in a hotel. We got chips for our salsa and queso and the bags were 1/3 filled EACH. This was annoying considering how much we paid for them.

Maybe 4 chunks of chicken in a double meat order in my burrito. Missed my large overpriced queso entirely. Wrong size bag of chips that were stale. Burrito already me was $17. I think McDonald's is better :/. Pretty sure this is all a result of corporate policy rather than employee related.
