We ordered three bowls, the two bowls with white rice were not fully cooked and very crunchy and there was 3 pieces of meat in the one order. Very disappinted in the quality considering the price we paid.

Sad to see the quality of the guac declining, as it's always been a Chipotle staple. The overall service level has dipped, with rushed preparation and inconsistencies in portions. Used to be a reliable option, but lately, it feels like they’re cutting corners.

Very small portions of chicken and lettuce. Smaller size overall than other Chipoltles I have been to. Did not allow requests so I could not ask for utensils and for no onions.

Burrito bowl was on point and the chips + queso were addictive. Fast service, no issues.
