Got the salad bowl...very dry, salty and overcooked chicken. Couldn't even eat it. The majority of the lettuce was spinach. A very small amount of vinaigrette. Salsa and veggies were good. I get this all the time and this is the worst one yet.

The Burrito Bowl was much smaller than I've ever had before (the bowl was barely half full) and was cold upon arrival. Also, the rice that was present in the bowl was hard and crunchy throughout. The Chips & Queso Blanco I ordered was warm and delicious. I did not receive the Tractor Organic Lemonade I ordered and was refunded promptly by Door Dash.

Incredibly small portion of chips, like not even filling 1/4 of the bag, it just covered the bottom. Usually they at least fill it to half. I got lettuce in my bowl as well, which I didn't order & the rice was like, hard & crunchy? Overall the order just wasn't as good as they have been in the past very disappointing

This was the best yet! Our order was correct, the chips were nice and limey and salty and the rice was perfectly likely and with cilantro!

The new steak that costs $5 to add to your meal is dry and has no flavor. Sub par at best. The Chips are always stale. Chipotle has gone way downhill.
