I ordered a Burrito Bowl with chicken and had maybe three pieces of chicken for the entire bowl. I ordered a side of chips and Chips & Queso Blanco and it was cold and tasted old. It was not creamy like normal.

Portions are typical 2024 Chipotle (bad) but the beans and meat had no salt and the rice was completely flavorless too. It's like they forgot half of the spices. The lettuce was haphazardly cut with an entire lettuce leaf taking up half of the bowl. I have been cured of ever wanting Chipotle because even the small portion was empty, bland, flavorless slop.

Overall just not a fan, and I tried. First time I ever ordered from here, they left off my drink. That's fine, mistakes happen. This time I received maybe 10 chips in my chips and queso, and all my lettuce and quac was brown. Just not worth the price/service. Won't order again.

the salad was small, very little lettuce. the tortilla on the Burrito was ripped open and spilling into the bag.
